What is Red Ribbon Week? It's more than taking a stand against alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. It also means that people all over the country are dedicating themselves to healthy lifestyles. Exercise, eat right, get plenty of rest, and try to help your friends stay free of drugs. The track on the back playground is open every day from 8:45-9:00 before school. Come out this week and take a walk around the track with your Denver Place students to get the heart pumping and the blood flowing...a GREAT healthy start to the day! Join in on the fun!

MONDAY: We ALL Have the Power to be Drug Free! It's Superhero Day! Wear superhero clothing!
TUESDAY: Friends do not let Friends do Drugs! It’s Twin Tuesday, dress like a friend!
WEDNESDAY: Drugs are Whack!! It’s Wacky Wednesday, wear crazy hair, crazy socks, mismatched clothing!
THURSDAY: Living Drug Free is No Sweat! It’s Sweater Thursday, wear sweatpants and/or sweatshirts!
FRIDAY: Be Bold and Be Drug Free! It’s Red out Day - wear as much red as possible.
